A big THANK YOU to everyone who participated in our third Walk Run and family day, held September 25 at Springbank Park.

We had 335 people out that day, and raised over $6,500 to support programs and services at the London Military Family Resource Centre.

Kudos to all of our volunteers - we could not run an event like this without all of your helping hands.
