The messes of 3 Wing Bagotville have a valuable role.  Indeed, it grants its members a relaxed environment, thus promoting social development and comradeship within the Wing.  Also, they encourage esprit de corps and give the opportunity to the commanders to meet their troops in a social context.     

Three messes:  Officers mess, Sergeants and Warrant Officers mess and Junior Ranks mess.
