Did you know that healthy balanced eating does not have to take a lot of prep time? Packing and eating small snacks, such as fruit or crackers and cheese, so that you control hunger, can help prevent overeating. Preparing some easy meals and having them ready in the freezer prevents relying on fast unhealthy foods when you get home from a busy day.

Make a habit of cooking more than you need so that you have more than one meal from your efforts. Freeze it or take for lunch the next day.

After a night of sleeping we have become dehydrated, start your days with a big glass of water when you wake up.
