All personnel posted to a unit in Borden must report to the Base Orderly Room/R&D Section building 0-125, 73 Coronel Road, to obtain a Base PLC Card.

0900 – 1500 hrs Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday
0900 – 1300 hrs Wednesday
During silent hours, weekends, or holidays, personnel are to report to Base Accommodations, building 0-159, 66 El Alamein Rd West
