The Citoyen Borden Citizen is CFB Borden’s Base newspaper. The paper is published every Friday and distributed to all Base units, married quarters and delivered into Angus via Canada Post.

The Citoyen Borden Citizen provides information regarding CFB Borden, the Canadian Forces and surrounding communities.

The office is located at 48 Rafah Cres, building S-138.

Hours of operation are Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 3:30 pm.
