YOGA BASICS

Join us as we take you through various poses designed to strengthen and lengthen the muscles. Each class will focus on the total body and breathing techniques with some work on specific muscle groups each week. Come out and enjoy the many benefits of yoga, including better posture, flexibility and lower blood pressure. This class is great for beginners and anyone who wants to add a little yoga to their life!

ALL LEVELS YOGA

The All Levels Yoga Class is for students who want to enhance and challenge their poses.  Students will be able to fine tune their poses and skills to the next level.

FOR ALL YOGA CLASSES...wear non-restricting and comfortable clothing, and feet should be bare (no shoes).  Mats will be provided.  If you have any injuries or special considerations, please check with your physician before participating, and inform the Instructor before you start.
