40minutes of spin bike based cardio, mixed with firming and strengthening exercises for the legs. If you like the feeling of burning legs and lungs, than come "enjoy" this personally paced workout. Workouts are designed to challenge any level of fitness. The level of intensity and suffering is completely up to you.The only things encouraged are effort, as well as safe and proper form.

40minutes of circuits designed to burn fat, improve cardiovascular fitness, as well as give you a strong and sculpted hard core. Movements are all functional and will incorporate the entire body.
