EARLY BIRD FITNESS CLASSES

 'Early Birds' get the worms! Join us daily from 0630-0715 Monday-Friday for fun fitness classes.  These classes are geared to accommodate all fitness levels from beginner to advanced.  Join class 5 days a week to get a well rounded fitness regime.  These classes are open to all military/NPF/DND employees and defence team family members.

We offer Yoga every Monday as part of our Early Bird programming. What are you waiting for, give it a try.                     

Mon - Yoga

Tues & Thurs - Spin

Wed - Total Body Conditioning

Fri - Instructors Choice
