The PSP Military Sports staff at 4 Wing consists of 2 full time employees and numerous volunteers - who make our varied sports program possible.
The Expres Cell consists of seven full time Fitness Instructors. Their mandate is to provide fitness services to Military members. All of the fitness services provided by the Fitness Instructor Staff are free of charge to all military members.
