OFF HIGHWAY VEHICULE (OHV) CLUB

President: Maj Guy Parisien       780-840-8000, local 8550

Come out and enjoy the fall weather this Saturday 22 Oct for our last organised ride before the snow flies. We will be meeting starting at 10:30 behind the Mackenzie school with an anticipated ride start of 11:00. We have a planned route that should take about 2 hours and will incorporate a few off shoot trails that have not previously been used on our rides. The recent dry weather has made some of the previously challenging areas much easier to navigate, but not to worry for those mud lovers in the group there are still a few spots to play and exercise your winch cables. This event is being dubbed a low overhead event as there will be no BBQ and prizes at the end of the ride. I would encourage riders to pack a snack and some water, we will make a couple of stops on route to allow for a quick bite. This event will be an executive led outing as we did not hang trail signs. I hope to see you all on Saturday rain/snow or shine. This event is also open to non-members who are interested in finding out what our club is all about so pass the word along.

Registration fees $20 per person or $30 per family

On August 20th, the 4 Wing OHV Club held a Ride and Registration event behind the Mackenzie Arts and Community Centre. The event featured vendro displays, the opportunity to ride some of the newest ATV's through an obstacle course, a poker style run, a BBQ and a awards presentation. Everyone had a great time getting dirty!
