4 Wing K-9 Club

The 4 Wing K-9 Club was developed to support the community's owners of canines in 4 Wing and Cold Lake and officially started in May of 2009 with just a hand full of members. With a lot of advertising and seminars it has grown to 20 plus members with new members signing up each month.

The Club's goal is to be able to support owner's interaction with their dogs through training and socialization, and to aide in the retention of pet dogs through this education, rather than have dogs routed through to organizations such as the Humane Society.

The 4 Wing K-9 Club offers an environment of friendliness and welcoming atmosphere so that people can take advantage of the combined experience of the members to make their K-9 companions a welcomed family pet. The club offers people education, experience and aid in training for many of the available dog sports, adding to the already enjoyable community, 4 Wing Cold Lake.

Membership fees:

Community Card Holders:        Individual $20.00 w/gst      Family $35.00 w/gst     

Non Community Card Holders: Individual $40.00 w/gst      Family $55.00 w/gst

No other fees charged; equipment and facilities included in membership price.

MacKenzie School - Indoor facility = 23 ft x 65 ft

Norliter Ball field - Outdoor facility (our official off-leash park)
