A new "spinn-off" to the Enduros Club is the SPINN Club using the Johnny G. Spinner Bikes by Schwinn.
This club meets once a week for a one hour session focusing on overall strength and endurance to improve your cycling fitness.
The session is great if you are training or thinking of training for a triathlon or road bike race, if you want to maintain your cycling legs over the winter months, or if you simply want to enjoy the benefits of a road-bike workout. In addition, this club offers a multitude of advice and tips from many seasoned cyclists to help you improve and reach your goals.
Bring your imagination to simulate a mountainous ride in the Rockies or sprints along the rolling Prairie roads.
