Weight Room

Our weight room consists of free weights ranging from 3lbs to 110 lbs in both dumbells and barbells, weight and multipurpose machines by Apex, Freemotion and ProSport for a variety of uses.   Our most recent addition includes twenty-four Paramount machines featuring superior quality components and ergonomics.

Other equipment found in our weight room includes Medicine, Swiss and Bosu balls, additional stability accessories, body bars, gymnastic rings, plyometric boxes and of course, a matted area.
