The Pacific Regional Sports Programme is the first step to the CF National Programme. |

The following sports are hosted by the Pacific Region annually:
- Basketball
- Badminton/Squash
- M/W Volleyball
- Men's Hockey
- Women's Hockey
- Old Timers Hockey
- Ball Hockey
- M/W Soccer
- M/W Slo-Pitch
- Golf

Regional Development Camps are held at diferent times throughout the year for the following sports:
- Triathlon
- Swimming
- Taekwondo

The Pacific Region is the smallest Region in the CF by numbers, but almost the largest in area with the following units:
- ASU Chilliwack
- 19 Wing Comox
- CFB "Formation" Esquimalt
- CFSU Colorado Springs. Included under CFSU Colorado are:
- Elmendorf AFB, Alaska
- Tinker AFB, Oklahoma
- Tyndall AFB, Florida
- McChord AFB, Washington
- Rome, New York
