Active 101
This 19 Wing Health Promotion course offers the new exerciser the education and tools to exercise with confidence.

Each session will combine a presentation on topics relating to the components of fitness (cardio, muscular strength, endurance, and flexibility) and practical application in the fitness and weight centre.
If you don't know where to start, are intimidated by the exercise rooms, or simply looking for more information to improve your existing exercise program,
this program is for you!

ACTIVE 201
If you are a habitual exerciser or if you have just completed Exercise (Active 101), this 19 Wing Health Promotion course is for you!
Topics will include:
Exercise prescription; Advanced resistance training techniques; Exercise psychology; and Eating for performance.
