Veggie Eating for the Veggie Hater

It is not unusual to meet a person who hates vegetables. The fact that a diet rich in vegetables may lower their risk of chronic disease is not enough to stuff a carrot down their throat.

So what is a veggie hater to do?

This special Health Promotion event will present the brand new four step program, “Veggie Hater”, specially designed for those who would rather jump in the way of a speeding car than  eat broccoli.

Kathi will review the benefits of the basic vegetables, how to shop, prepare, and eat them in a way that won’t make you gag.

Check our What's New page for upcoming course dates.

Veggie Haters Support Group

A spin off from the presentation “Veggie Eating for the Veggie Hater”, this group will be meeting once a week to review a new vegetable and offer ways to prepare  and cook it.

In addition, you will benefit from the social support of others who suffer from Lachanophobia (the fear of vegetables).

If you or ones close to you hate veggies...

we have the support group for you!

Check our What's New page for upcoming course dates.

Our programs are open to all military members and their families
