Memberships
New memberships require a safety walk around of the facility and an equipment familiarity so as to ensure that you are aware of the hazards associated with certain machinery/ equipment in the shop. Thus reducing the likelihood of an injury.
Subsequently, upon completion of the forms below a date will be arranged soonest to complete all this and your name will be added to a master list kept at the MP shacks to sign the club key in and out as you require.
NOTE
If you are just renewing your membership then send your emails directly to the treasurer (Dan Davey) to arrange for payment and receipt.

Submit these forms to the SAFETY REP via email for further action, also email the treasurer to arrange for payment and receipt.( proof of this is required before access will be given to the facility)
