The mission of PSP Esquimalt, to "enhance the Morale and Welfare of the Maritime Forces Pacific Defence Team Community" all began in 1997. The Canadian Forces (CF) launched a coast-to-coast network of health and wellness units known as Personnel Support Programs (PSP) to provide first-rate care to the remarkable men and women who serve (and their families).
