Your dynamic exercise program will be based on: your goals and fitness level, the Canadian Forces Minimum Physical Fitness Standards, and the activities you enjoy most.

Your workout can be challenging and new every day. Visit our Naden Athletic Centre or Fleet Fitness and Wellness Centre to train with an extensive and modern array of fitness equipment.

Simply drop your form off to the facility you wish to train at (the Naden Athletic Centre, or the Fleet Fitness and Wellness Centre at Dockyard), and book and appointment with a trainer.

[ Work as a unit! ]
Get into the gym with other members of your section or unit to build cardiovascular endurance, improve strength, and increase flexibility among your entire team.

(Note: Remedial training requests take priority over personal fitness development.)
