 Be Well, Be Healthy, with "Butt Out"

The Butt Out smoking cessation program can help you identify your personal reasons for smoking, and develop less harmful coping strategies - and it works! Fifty percent of people who take Butt Out remain smoke-free a year later.

With our expert guidance, you'll find the will to kick your addiction. Attend the Butt Out Drop In clinic, or make an appointment to see the Butt Out Program Coordinator for an overview of the 14 step self-help program to get started. 

Note: All steps are mandatory if you wish to have your medication costs covered - even if you have previously taken the program.
