Ensure your nutritional habits provide the energy and endurance you need to excel at your fitness activities. This convenient course is conducted over three noon hour workshops, and includes a “Top Fuel for Top Performance Workbook”.

Learn basic nutrition information and how to fuel your body for increased activity. The foods you eat everyday have a great effect on your mental and physical performance and on your training. TFTP looks at everyday eating, fine tuning eating, fuel for training and recovery, and body composition and sport supplements. TFTP replaces Nutrition 101 and the former TFTP program.
