[ NEW Unit PT] PSP Fitness is starting a new class this year called Unit PT. The class is designed as a drop in style class for all units. It runs Mon-Fri 0730-0830 at Naden Gym. CLICK HERE for the shcedule.

MARPAC Expo on Wednesday February 8, 2012, at the Naden Athletic Centre (NAC) from 10 a.m. until 3:30 p.m.
The purpose of the MARPAC Expo is to present information and resources in four areas of focus to the Defence Team and their families:

• employment possibilities within the Defence Community
  and government agencies
• local and national education institutions;
• internal and Greater Victoria recreation, health and
  wellness programs, clubs, and retail stores;
• CF Appreciation Program military discount businesses.

Ski Mt Washington and leave all the driving to us! Bus leaves from the Canteen Rd General Parking Lot at 6am (please meet bus at 5:45am). Day parking is available in Canteen Rd Pkg Lot with appropriate parking pass. Bus returns at approximately 6pm. Return fare from the base to Mt Washington costs $22. Bus must have a minimum of 30 travellers in order to run. Register by phone at 363-1009 or in person at CPAC or NAC.
