Shotokan Karate Club

The CFB Gagetown Shotokan Karate Club offer classes to both junior’s (6 – 12 years) and adults (13 years +). Classes are held at the Base Gym where instruction is given by a 4th degree black belt. The value of the art depends on the one applying it. If the application is for good purpose, then the art is of great value. One who studies karate must purge himself of selfish and evil thoughts, for only with a clear mind and conscience can he understand that which he receives.
