MILITARY FITNESS CLASSES
CIRCUIT TRAINING - Muscular endurance, cardiovascular endurance, strength, speed, agility and flexibility will be the aspects of fitness that will be trained and improved during these fitness classes. this class involves high intensity so be prepared to sweat.
FITNESS DEVELOPMENT - This class will focus on increasing aerobic capacity, building strength, developing and improving muscular endurance, and specific aspects of the EXPRES evaluation.
ALL GYM MEMBERS - Military, Defence Team and Dependants 16+ have priority in classes.
WALK TO RUN CIRCUIT PROGRAM - This class will start off slow and progress with each session. It is composed of mixed muscular strength and endurances development paired with cardio intervals.
CIRCUIT TRAINING - Designed to give you the best 45 minute workout. This class includes weight training, plyometrics, speed and agility.
INDOOR CYCLING - A great way to improve aerobic capacity and develop muscular endurance. Bring a sweat towel and water bottle.
