Fitness and Sports Centre

A state of the art F&S Centre opened in the spring of 2000.  It consists of an eight lane 25-meter pool and a wading pool with a large waterslide.  It also has a 125-meter indoor track located on the second floor with a view of the pool and the 1600 square foot gymnasium. 

  Indoor shoes only!!
All footwear is to be clean and dry for use in the facility.

The Centre also showcases a multi-purpose training room, cardio and weight room, three squash courts, evaluation room, conference room, male/female and family change rooms, sports stores and Admin Office.  The centre is also home to the Health and Promotion Director.  We also provide a classroom, gym floor and pool to rent for a function or special event.  For further information please "click here" to contact the F&S staff members
