Developmental Fitness Program
Are you preparing to do the EXPRES test or have you been unsuccessful with passing the EXPRES test? Developmental PT is a mandatory program for those who have had an unsuccessful attempt at the test (ref DAOD 5023-2). A member is given 90 days to participate in professionally directed PT, by a member of the PSP fitness staff. The exercises chosen are specifically designed to prepare the member for the EXPRES test. Please see Jena MacLeod, Physical Exercise Specialist before starting the class (Local 5651). Classes are run Monday to Friday from 0730-0830.
