The accommodations office is located in Argus House.
You may pick up your keys at the office during work hours (Mon-Fri 0800 -1600 hrs). After hours, please report to the Military Police Reception at the front gate.
Payment must be made at the accommodations office during work hours. Available payment methods are be made with cash, cheque, debit or credit cards (Visa and MasterCard are accepted).
Check-in time is 1:00 p.m., and checkout is 11:00 a.m.
Please note that smoking is not permitted inside our buildings. Pets are also banned from the accommodation buildings.
Should there be an operational requirement for the rooms you have booked, please keep in mind that this will be a priority and that your reservation may need to be cancelled in which case we will use the contact information that you have provided us with to get in touch with you. If staying for duty reasons and require Rations, please contact +WgAccom@forces.gc.ca.

14 Wing has 6 types of accommodations buildings:
BB3 “The Hotel” – 37 total rooms consisting of 34 Standard Rooms and 3 Suites
• Standard Rooms - one double bed, TV/DVD, towels, and a shared full bath.
• Suites - one double bed, separate living area with couch, chair, TV/DVD, towels, and a private full bath.
Argus House – 25 Mod’s with a total of 152 Standard Bedrooms and 27 Suite Bedrooms
• Each Mod has a common lounge area that has living furniture, fridge, microwave, sink, cutlery, dishes and TV/DVD.
• Standard Rooms have a double bed, and a shared full bath.
• Suites have a double bed, separate living area with TV/ DVD, couch, chairs, mini fridge and a private full bath.
Neptune – 4 Mod’s with a total of 26 Standard Bedrooms
• Each Mod has a common lounge area that has living furniture, fridge, microwave, sink, cutlery, dishes and TV/DVD.
All bedrooms have a double bed and private full bath.
Lancaster – 7 Mod’s with a total of 40 Standard Bedrooms and 4 Suite Bedrooms
• Each Mod has a common lounge area that has living furniture fridge, microwave, sink, cutlery, dishes and TV/DVD.
All bedrooms have a double bed and private full bath and the suites have the extra living room space.
BB33 – 63 Rooms and a total of 109 Beds
• Each wing has a common washroom and each floor has a laundry room. There is also one lounge area in the building
with couches, chairs, TV and phone.
Trailers – We have 12 trailers that can occupy either 36 or 48 people each. Trailers are equipped with single beds.
