Practice Days and Times
Ages 2-4 years: Tues 6:00 - 6:30 $20/month
Ages 5-7 years Tues 6:30 - 7:00 $20/month
Ages 8-11 years: Tues 7:00 - 8:00 $30/month
Thurs 6:00 - 7:00
Ages 12 yrs. & up Tues and Thur 7:30 - 9:00 $30/month
Judo Aerobics All ages: Thurs 7:00 - 7:30 $20/month
As you can see we have a variety of age groups. You are more than welcome to come and watch or get on the mats and try it out. The first night is FREE! It is a lot of fun as you will learn about Judo and meet others who are interested in the sport as well.
Classes are held at the 14 Wing Community Centre (110 Church Street)
Valid Recreation Card is required at time of registration.
