Memberships fall into three categories; Regular, Ordinary and Associate Members. The Wing Commander approves the categories of memberships based on DND guidelines.
Regular Members include: Family members of the Regular & Reserver Force, family members of foreign military personnel on duty with the Canadian Forces.
Ordinary Members include: Retired military personnel, civilian public & non-public employees, retired civilian employees in receipt of an annuity, widows of former members of the CF, full-time DND contract employees and members of the RCMP.
Associate Members include: Anyone who does not meet the criteria of a Regular or Ordinary member is considered an Associate member. Membership is subject to the approval of the Wing Commander.
Military members are not required to have a Recreation Card to use the Fitness and Sports Centre. However, if they wish to join any of the Recreation Clubs, receive program registration discounts or if their family members wish to use the facilities a Recreation Card is required.
