The Fleet Cardio Room is an air conditioned room equipped with the most up to date cardio equipment including; treadmills, arc trainers, Stairmasters, life cycles, recumbent bicycles, rowing machines, elipticals and our Bowflex TreadClimber. Enjoy our cardio theatre of six TV's with preset channels including news, music and sports. Customers simply tune their FM receivers to the respective FM frequency located on the TV in order to listen to their favorite channel.

Users must sign up for their machine no earlier than a half hour prior to their time slot. There is a half hour maximum time limit for any machine. Please note that 0630-0800 hrs and 1100-1230 hrs are our busiest periods throughout the week, and you may wish to plan your workout schedule accordingly.
