The cardio room is equipped with the most current and technically advanced cardio equipment. The room also over looks the swimming pool, so you can enjoy beach frontage while working out. The room has six TVs with programming from sports to news. Patrons can listen to their TV of choice by tuning their FM receivers to the appropriate setting for each screen. It is very important for you to reserve your cardio time on the sign-up board. Read the rules carefully, as you are only allowed to book your cardio equipment two (2) hrs in advance of usage. It is in your best interest to be on time as you may forfeit your time, if you are not there within ten (10) minutes of your booking.
