The Shearwater Arena, better known as the "Flyers Forum" opened Oct 25, 1964. Today the Shearwater Arena is home to the Shearwater Flyers, the Formation Halifax Mariners and we also cater to Minor Hockey and a Figure Skating club. In addition, we also offer public family skates, shinny hockey and ice rentals to the public.
