On-line registration opens March 19, 2012.  All classes must have a minimum of 7 participants to run.

Class Descriptions

Step Aerobics: This class is a multi-level cardiovascular class focusing on movements utilizing the Step and will finish off with a 10-15 minute concentrated ab/core workout.

Aqua Fitness:  Come and join us for a fun workout!  This class creates no impact on the joints and offers a great abdominal work out.  It combines jogging, dance moves, and muscle conditioning. The Shearwater class will begin with a 30-minute cardio portion, followed by muscle conditioning and finishing with a cool down and stretching.

Women on Weights: If you want to lose fat or change your body, one of the most important things you can do along with diet and cardio is lift weights.
