Two Types of Living In Accomodations:

B77 are Living In rooms for Pte, Cpl and MCpl. These rooms have a single bed, a desk and chair, dressers, bedside tables with lamp, an arm chair (some) and they have shared washroom. Common area has a television, microwave, small fridge, couch, chair, a sink and a counter, Linen are supplied, there is a laundry room downstairs as well as storage lockers. Cost for Living In accomodations is $92/month for Pte IPC 1&2 and $215/month ofr Pte IPC 3 to MCpl.

There is no Living In accomodation for NCM's above the rank of MCpl, only in exceptional circumstances will exceptions be considered.

C46- Living In rooms for Jr. Officers. These types of accommodation are normally for long term use.

  •  Single Rooms: These rooms have a single sized bed, a dresser, a desk with chair and lamp, an arm chair, closet for storage/clothes, a sink, as well as adjoining washroom with lock. These rooms can be rented at a cost of &291 per month.
  • Lofts: These lofts have double sized bed with bedside tables and lamps, a dresser inside the closet, a desk with chair, a love seat, a coffee table and end tables and a small bar fridge. The washroom as well as the bed is on the second floor of the loft. These rooms can be rented at a cost of $413 per month.
  • Suites: These suites have a double sized bed with full linens, dresser and lamp. The suite also includes such ammenities as a mini fridge, coffeetable, love seat, easy chair, desk and chair set, 2 cupboards downstairs and 1 upstairs. You may bring in a microwave and television. Cable, internet and phone may be hooked up at your own expense. There is also a parking lot situated at the building for use by occupants. These rooms can be rented at a cost of $413 per month.

There is no Living-In accommodations for Officers from the rank of Captain and above, only in exceptional circumstances will exceptions be considered.

General Note about Living In Rooms: Living In rooms are non-smoking facilities. Domestic animals are prohibited in the accommodations. The use of cooking appliances other than a microwave and toaster is prohibited. These appliances include hot plates, rice cooker, crock pot, toaster oven, electric pressure cooker, etc.
