This time around, the ASU London Running Group is focusing on 3 distances - 5 Km, 10 Km and 1/2 marathon.  Our hope for this cycle is to focus more on increasing distances and improving endurance.  Based on feedback from those interested, we have developed a variety of programs for both distances, including contiuous running as well as walk/run options.

Register today and get jogging!

NOT FROM LONDON?  Not a problem!

For those military members residing outside of London that would still like to participate and improve/learn to run, we've got you covered.

The programs will be placed here weekly, so be sure to check back every Monday for your program.

For questions about programs or to register, contact PSP at local 5243 or email us at PSPLondon@forces.gc.ca
