These programs are free of charge to all military personnel and members of the London Garrison Recreation Council.  If you are interested in purchasing a Recreation Council pass, please click here for fees and how to register.

Pick Up Ball Hockey





Pick up ball hockey is a fun hour for fitness and team building.  Ball hockey runs from 1200-1300 hrs on Tues & Friday.  Sticks, gloves and shin pads are available.  Protective eye goggles must be worn during play and are provided by PSP.  Any player not wearing goggles will be asked to leave the floor.

Pick Up Volleyball

Come and have fun at noon hour with pick up Volleyball.  6 people minimum are required to ensure this activity takes place.  Grab a friend and join us every Thursday.

Pick Up Basketball

Kick off your week with a pick up game of basketball.  Come join us for a fun, friendly way to get back into your spring fit body.

Spinning





Spinning is a low impact way to get a high intensity workout.  During the 40 minute class you can burn upwards of 400-500 calories.  Classes will focus on both speed and strength which will both get your heart rate pumping, helping improve your overall health and fitness.  Be sure to bring your water bottle and a towel if you like.  Registration required.

Yoga 





This class is designed to help relieve tension from stiff and sore muscles, as well as to get your body moving, helping to increase blood flow, muscular strength and flexibility in a gentle manner.  Combining the basics of yoga this class is suitable for all levels.  Be sure to dress in comfortable, loose clothing, and dressing in layers is recommended.  Registration required

Cardio-Sculpt

This is a high energy, change, sweat, and FUN fitness class.  Join our PSP Staff for a mix-it-up hour complete with cardio components, full body variety, and a change to your plateau workout.  Registration required.

TRX

TRX is a revolutionary total-body fitness program that uses gravity against the individual's own body weight to simultaneously develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability.  Don't just hear about the hype, come be part of it!  Registraton required.

* Classes requiring registration require a minimum of 4 registered participants in order to run.  If less then 4 members are registered, that class will be cancelled for the day.
