
Are you ready to improve your fitness, lose weight and shed inches?
The Greatest Gain is designed for individuals that are currently on Med Cat or Med Chit with restricted activity levels. This program is overseen by PSP's Fitness, Sport and Physical Exercise Coordinator who works along the MIR and Physio to help improve your fitness levels.

For cycle 2 we are excited to announce that we will be having guest speakers to help keep everyone motivated and informed, as well as prizes for participants. And, as in cycle 1, to help monitor your progress we will be taking weekly measurements, including weight, inches and body fat percent.
Once the program starts, participants results (scored by their SN) will be posted on this page and well as information to help increase results.
