It provides information on healthy eating, timing of fluid and energy intake, dietary supplement issues, and fine tuning healthy eating assuring that your body performs at an absolute best.

Top Fuel for Top Performance is not a replacement for detailed, individualized counselling from a dietician as would be needed for any individual requiring a special diet because of health issues such as food allergies, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, osteoporosis, etc.
