Area Support Unit London.

Personnel Support Programs (PSP) is here to provide superior customer service to the military community across South Western Ontario.  Our services include fitness, sport, recreation and health promotion services.

Along with the London Military Family Resource Centre, we provide support to all of 31 Canadian Brigade Group as well as all NavRes and CFRG members in South Western Ontario and their family members.

PSP Mandate
To enhance the morale and welfare of the military community, thus contributing to the operational readiness and effectiveness of the Canadian Forces by managing and delivering high quality deployment support and family services, health promotion programs, mess and newspaper operations, and physical fitness and recreation programs.
