LFCA TC Meaford Fitness Centre offers:

2 aerobic rooms containing treadmills, bikes,
rowing machines and steppers

Crossfit & yoga room

Changerooms with showers and lockers
• Sports Stores containing: ball hockey gear, ice hockey gear, canoe rentals, golf club rentals and golf passes

Fitness Centre Operating Hours
          Monday to Friday            0600 - 2100 hours**
          Saturday                        1000 - 2000 hours  
          Sunday                          1200 - 2000 hours
          Holidays                         1300 - 1700 hours
**no civilian, dependants or rec members: 
  Mon-Fri 0600 - 0900 hours or 1130 - 1300 hours   

Outdoor Facilities
The TC also offers outdoor fields which can be booked:
