Fitness And Sports
The Fitness and Sports Centre is open for all individuals.  Memberships vary:   
Associate Member - any civilian

Ordinary Member - employees of base, federal employees
                            OPP, fire department, retired DND

Regular Member -  all regular force members, B & C reserves
                            family/dependants of above

Cost of Memberships
Associate:                Drop in - $6 individual / $12 family
                               Monthly - $35 individual / $55 family
                               Yearly - $350 individual / $550 family

Ordinary:                  Drop in - $6 individual / $12 family
                               Monthly - $20 individual / $30 family
                               Yearly - $150 individual / $300 family

Regular:                   No Charge

Military Fitness
The PSP staff at LFCA TC Meaford are happy to provide lunch hour fitness classes, recovery training for those who are injured, private personal training, and adapted classes.  All at no extra charge.  As well, any testing required for promotion or advancement can be scheduled.

Military Sports
At LFCA TC Meaford, our gym and outdoor space provide plenty of opportunities for recreational sports, including:  soccer, baseball, floor hockey, volleyball, badminton, basketball.
