Our Fitness Classes are open to all. They consist of noontime aerobics and Combat Fitness Programs.

Mondays - Step
Tuesdays - Pilates Fusion
Wednesdays - Zumba
Thursdays - Flex'n Tone (Power Yoga last thur of each month)
Fridays - StepĀ ( Boot Camp last Fri of each Month)
Combat Fitness Program - noontime
A workout of the day is posted on the fitness instructor's door for those who are looking for an advance fitness challange.
