Health Progrmas are essential in maintaining good health while you work out and strive toward a healthier lifestyle.The CFB Gagetown Fitness Center is lucky to have an efficient and large Health Promotions Program, which plays a huge part in our Health Programs. They have numerous services available and are all about developing a better lifestyle and a more positive view on healthy living.
