The Gymnasium at the Fitness and Wellness Centre is home to all Military Unit PT classes as well as EXPRES testing -  additionally most community recreation program and activities takes place here as well . 

Also located in this facility is a Spinning Studio , 2 Squash Courts , 1 Racquetball Court, The Weight and Cardio Room , Swimming Pool , the Wing Theatre as well as PSP and Health Promotion Offices .
