In honour of the 60th Anniversary of CFB North Bay , The City of North Bay and 22 Wing, will celebrate Armed Forces Day on Wednesday June 1st, 2011 at the North Bay Waterfront.

The day will begin with a Freedom of the City parade and events will be scheduled around the noon hour so as many people can participate.

In addition to the parade , there will be static displays of military equipment set up at the bandshell at the North Bay Waterfront., as well as aerial displays of the F-86 Sabre 5 (pictured above) and a performance from the Snowbirds , the Canadian Forces Aerial Demonstration Team (431 Squadron).
