COMMUNITY FITNESS CLASSES

Community Recreation runs various fitness classes throughout the year .
The classes offered are based on Availability of Instructors .
Classes that we have had offered include stability ball , yoga, spinning, circuit training , relaxation, aqua fitness, aqua boot camp , learn to run, to name a few.

Classes occur in the evenings , on weekends for RAM (Recreation Association Members) as well as during the week day lunch hour for Military Members, Full Time Base Employees, and Military Dependants.
