Canadian Forces (CF) Members are required to be physically fit to meet military operation requirements, to perform under a wide range of geographical and environmental conditions, to cope with the stresses of sustained operations and to be ready to respond on short notice. The 22 Wing PSP Fitness Staff are dedicated to helping CF members meet their fitness objectives and support the needs of all units on the Wing.
The mandate of the 22 Wing Fitness Department is to provided fitness services to military members. All fitness services are provided free of charge to all military members. These services include (but are not limited to)..

PERSONAL TRAINING SERVICES FOR MILITARY MEMBERS/DEPENDANTS

CF PHYSICAL FITNESS AWARD FOR AEROBIC EXCELLENCE
The Canadian Forces Physical Fitness Award for Aerobic Excellence eas established in 1970 to promote an active and healthy lifestyle for all serving members. The activities to which points are assigned has evolved over the years. To qualify for the award a member must accumulate 2000 units by means of participation in aerobically oriented activities, in less than two years. Members who participate receive a logbook with their entries being made on the honour system. Once the participant has acquired the required number of units a scroll and seal will be presented to them on an appropriate date.
