HMCS BYTOWN facilities are available for rental by all BYTOWN members for private functions.
The facilities are suitable for meetings or conferences, small weddings, birthday or anniversary parties, as well as retirements and RPCs. A large screen TV, laptop and projector are available for use.
The facility rental, food and alcohol costs are very competitive, and the atmosphere cannot be beat.
The facilities include:
Dining Room (located on the first floor) - Can seat up to a maximum of 85 guests.
Main Lounge (located on the second deck) - Can accommodate up to a maximum of 72 guests. Serviced by one large bar.
Crow's Nest (located on the third deck) - Can accommodate up to a maximum of 74 guests. Small bar and dance floor.
Note: Non-members require sponsorship of a member in order to rent the facilities.
