 The NDHQ Warrant Officers’ & Sergeants’ Mess has hosted numerous events of all sizes since our grand opening in 1992. From weddings, to conferences and Mess Dinners, the Mess has maintained a high level of quality and service, while providing our membership with the best prices possible.

 The Main Dining Room is located on the second level and can accommodate a number of different functions from large conferences to Mess Dinners. The room is able to accommodate 100-144 people, depending on the set up required, and is equipped with a built in screen, projector and sound system.

 The Rockcliffe Lounge is also located on the second level of the Mess and can accommodate up to 250 people for events such as departure with dignity ceremonies, wedding receptions, or Christmas parties. This room is also equipped with a built in projector, screen and sound system, but has the added features of a large dance floor, functional fire place and a fully equipped bar.

 The second floor rooms are typically booked together to guarantee that you or your guests are not disturbed by another function across the hall and have the benefit of private washrooms and elevator access. The second floor is reserved Fridays from 1130-1600hrs for Mess Member departure with dignity ceremonies.

 The Small Conference Room is located in the basement of the Mess and is a great area for small conferences requiring added privacy. The room opens up into a larger area, great for lunch or coffee breaks. This room seats a maximum of 20 people and is equipped with a white board, built in screen, and a portable projector is provided at no additional cost.

 All rooms are equipped with DWAN access for your convenience. Please note that there is an administration fee and food-beverage requirement for all functions.

When booking our facility, military contacts are not required to have a sponsor for their event; however all required contact information on the application form must be completed. All civilian function contacts are required to have a military sponsor for their event.
