The Rec Plex is located kiddy-corner to the CANEX Plaza and is home to many recreational and family activities.  This allergy aware facility includes a gymnasium, aerobic fitness room, Children's room, indoor rock climbing wall, and three meeting rooms.  Our professional qualified staff is there for you and your entire family.

Our mission is to develop and deliver programs, events and services to promote fun, healthy living, in a safe and supervised atmosphere to improve the quality of life, of the CF member, their family and the surrounding community.  The Rec Plex is also the home of many of the clubs and activities offered to you with your CAC card.  CAC card processing is available at the Rec Plex at the reception desk.
